1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pochi AI ("the Service"), including the desktop application and web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pochi AI is a desktop AI assistant that captures your screen on demand and provides AI-powered answers. The Service includes the desktop application, web dashboard, and associated APIs.
3. Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Trial
New users receive a one-time free trial upon activating their first device. The trial provides full access to the Service for the duration specified at the time of activation. No payment information is required for the trial.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Device Limits
Your subscription includes a limit on the number of active devices. You can manage your devices from the web dashboard. Exceeding the device limit will require deactivating an existing device before activating a new one.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the application, circumventing device or usage limits, sharing account credentials, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Pochi AI. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pochi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
